We are challenged by the kind of intention expressed in the Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King’s life and work and our 6th UU Principle to work for the goal of a world community with peace, liberty and justice for all. The things we are doing are good, and we can do better. The intention of today’s service is to inspire us to do something daily to build a better world. To love our neighbor. Heck, love our enemies! Take a stand for love and against discrimination and violence in all its forms. May we follow Dr. King’s dream by making it our dream for living in peace, liberty, honesty and justice through love! Our Choir joins with us today to help us celebrate in joyful, inclusive and profound song!
