Women's Health is the topic of the Social Justice Sunday service on March 17.
The chat session plans to focus on Black Mamas ATX, whose goal is to reduce and ultimately eliminate the alarming maternal mortality and morbidity rates among Black women. We'll also learn how the UUA calls us to be in partnership with reproductive justice organizations, according to its 2015 Statement of Conscience. This is a "share the plate" Sunday, where envelopes will be provided should you wish to donate to this Black Mamas ATX.
In preparation for this service, take a minute to watch: "Expose Fake Clinics" https://www.exposefakeclinics.com/
See you Sunday!
