The Care Team provides short-term practical support in times of need, including but not limited to meals when there is a birth in the family, or when someone is hospitalized or in need. You can also contact the Care Team when someone needs a ride to church or to health-care appointments. The team helps members and friends connect with external resources as needed and involves the congregation as appropriate.
