A couple of months ago we asked for a few people to join Carolyn and me in bringing the joy of Coffee and Conversation to the congregation.   Some folks have come forward and shown an interest in making this special part of Sunday happen.  Even with new participants, we still need additional team members.  Participants can be part time, as needed, or a fixture on the monthly schedule.   

Sunday, January 21st, we scheduled an after-service interest meeting.  We ask congregants to think about turning appreciation into action.  You are invited to get an update on the state of the “team building process” as well as the various ways people can get involved.  This is a great time for people to share any ideas about team building and models of service. This meeting will be inside the Sanctuary after Coffee and Conversation.

Our temporary restructure includes Coffee and Conversation the 3rd Sunday each month. Carolyn will host with food and drinks.  Other culinary donations are always welcome.  

The Coffee and Conversation calendar remains in the kitchen for additional sign-up opportunities.  The remaining simplified Sundays are devoted to coffee.  Snacks are optional and not necessary. 

We remain committed to Coffee and Conversation for fellowship and service.   Fellowship and time together are precious.  This is a great way to start out the new year together.  We will keep people up to date on the evolving structure of our culinary team.  We look forward to seeing you at our interest meeting!
