One of the most powerful qualities of Intention is that it can change you. Habits that were once entrenched can lose their grip on your life and you can be freed to upgrade and exchange them for something else — something more positive and life-affirming. Today let’s explore the value of intention in consciously transforming our lives. How can we be less anxious for the future, which for some of us appears as a looming finish line that we’re afraid will arrive before we’re done. Today let’s take a deep cleansing breath and remind ourselves of what some of us did a month ago when we let go of the past and embraced a positive future at the turning of the new year. Today let’s attend to the words of poet Susan Frybort and “Exhale all our frustration with the unnecessary pressure to arrive in time. We are already there.”
