Dr. King in his Nobel acceptance speech said that we must “evolve for all human conflict a method which rejects revenge, aggression and retaliation. The foundation of such a method is love.” What kind of spiritual practice can we embody that will develop in us such love? As we celebrate the holiday honoring Dr. King, let’s hear some of our minister’s personal odyssey gleaned from King’s example that motivates our community’s work for the goal of a world with peace, justice and liberty for all.
