Members attended the Annual Meeting held at the sanctuary and on Zoom on June 9 after the service. Members also submitted mail ballots for the meeting. Three items were approved at the meeting, including the 2024-2025 Board of Trustees, the 2024-2025 Budget, and a Bylaws revision to change the mailing address of the congregation.

Approval of New Slate of Board Members 

The newly nominated slate of board members included..

There were 51 votes for approval, 0 votes against and 2 abstentions 

Only 30 votes were needed for approval so the issue passed. 

Approval of the Proposed Budget 

Printed copies of the budget were available at the meeting. 

There were 52 votes for approval, 0 votes against and 2 abstentions. The budget was approved. 

Change of Bylaws 

Changing the bylaws to allow the mailing address of the church to be changed to the actual location rather than a rented mailbox: 

Fifty two voted in favor, None opposed and there were 2 abstentions.
