Living Outside the Box:
The story goes that a non-believer asked Rabi Hillel to teach him the whole Torah while standing on one foot. The wise man did so by standing on one foot while saying, Do not unto your neighbor what you would not have him do until you; this is the whole Law;the rest is commentary. Go and learn it.
This Sunday’s sermon challenges us to live outside the box of "isms" and seek the right goal: the experience of compassion and connection.

Martha House of our fellowship will introduce a video sermon by Rev. Kaaren Anderson of First Unitarian Church of Rochester from a worship service during the UUA General Assembly. Later, Martha will share some of her experiences as our representative to the assembly.
